Team intensives
A focused session for one organization, department, or cohort. Participants practice with AI on the documents, decisions, and workflows that already shape their work.
Live Workshops
Learning Journey AI designs live workshops that help people practice useful AI workflows in the room, ask better questions, and leave with next steps they can actually use.
Workshop Formats
Workshops can be shaped for internal teams, public events, or smaller project-based sessions. The common thread is live guided practice.
A focused session for one organization, department, or cohort. Participants practice with AI on the documents, decisions, and workflows that already shape their work.
A practical event session where attendees build, test, and discuss AI workflows instead of only watching a presentation.
A guided build session for learners who want to leave with a working prototype, research workflow, or first draft of a useful AI-assisted process.
Workshop Design
A workshop should make AI feel usable. Sessions are structured so participants understand the workflow, try it, improve it, and know what to watch for afterward.
We identify participant roles, likely tasks, tool constraints, and the kind of output people should leave with.
Participants get a clear mental model for what current AI tools can and cannot do, with examples tied to work they recognize.
The session moves into hands-on prompting, source-grounded research, drafting, analysis, or lightweight building, depending on the workshop goal.
Participants revise the exercise for their own context and discuss what to verify, what to document, and what should stay human-led.
Outcomes
The goal is not to cover every AI tool. The goal is to help people practice a few high-value workflows and understand how to use them responsibly.
Workshop Topics
Topics are selected based on the audience and the session goal. Each topic is taught through examples, guided practice, and discussion of real risks and constraints.
